The Church of Sts. Simon and Jude
Sts. Simon and Jude church in Łodygowice from the 17th century is the pearl of wooden sacral architecture in the Żywiec region and a precious relic of church building of Silesian and Little Poland type. The church was built at the turn of 1634 and 1635. It can be reached by ascending 130 steps built in 1845. The church houses specimens such as Baroque paintings, a historical chasuble from the 16th century, Rococo altars from the end of the 18th century, a Baroque font and confessional, and a Classical monstrance with Rococo reminiscences.
